Buying a New Condominium
So you want to purchase a new Condo in Toronto? Walk into the sales center, pick a unit, sign a dozen or so papers, pay your deposit and you're all done! Easy right?
Let's see, the sales center staff works for the builder! They have a legal obligation to represent the builder's interest and not yours. How can you be sure you did not spend too much? Or picked the worst possible unit? Have you researched enough about the developer? How does this project compare with the one across the street?
